Kiernan is an illustrator and concept designer, trained at the Savannah College of Art and Design with a B.A. in Illustration. Now based just outside Denver in the shadow of the Rocky Mountains, she draws on a global perspective shaped by time spent in places like Germany and Japan.

Driven by an inquisitive spirit, she takes traditional supplies into the field to observe the beauty of everyday life. These sketches become fantastical creatures and immersive environments, bridging the gap between reality and fantasy in both digital and traditional media.

Beyond the studio, Kiernan tends an “indoor wilderness” of plants and shares her space with her bearded dragon, Skygge. Her love of jigsaw puzzles, cozy-survival games, and collaborative storytelling at Dungeons & Dragons tables all feed into the worlds she designs.
